Self initiated Passion project
Inspiration
The oddity lamp was inspired by the constructivist art movement. The design plays with the shape of a typical floor lamp and uses the glass piece as a counterweight to create a sense of balanced chaos.
After a round of ideation sketching, I was thinking around the lines of dance and balance when I came up with the design. I then created 3D models and renders to communicate the idea and mood of the project.
